Embark on a transformative journey at Donoma Gymnastics with our Leadership and Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Camp designed for young aspiring leaders aged 13 and 14. Nestled in the scenic town of Stow, MA, our camp offers an unparalleled opportunity to cultivate leadership skills, teamwork, and self-confidence through a curated program of interactive workshops, challenging activities, and real-world scenarios.

Our campers will engage in immersive leadership workshops, exploring various styles and ethical decision-making while enhancing their public speaking and conflict resolution skills through dynamic role-playing and debate sessions. They'll tackle outdoor challenges, participate in community service, and set personal goals in an environment that fosters growth and self-discovery.

Leadership Activities

  • Team-building exercises: Activities like trust falls and team sports foster teamwork, trust, and communication among participants.

 

  • Leadership workshops: These practical sessions, focused on different leadership styles, ethical decision-making, and conflict resolution, provide campers with tangible skills and understanding of various aspects of being a good leader.

 

  • Role-playing scenarios: Through role-playing, campers will practice handling real-life situations, such as resolving conflicts among peers or leading a team project.

 

  • Community service projects: Engaging in community service helps campers develop empathy, responsibility, and a sense of giving back, which are key qualities of a leader.
