What is your missed class policy? At Donoma, we understand that sometimes life happens and missing a class is unavoidable. That's why we offer makeup tokens as a courtesy to our active families. However, we kindly request that cancellations be reported at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to ensure that we can make the necessary arrangements for a makeup class. It's important to note that our makeup tokens are non-transferable and have no monetary value. They can only be used for makeup classes within the current enrollment period and will expire at the end of that period. We believe in fairness and want to ensure that all families have the opportunity to make up missed classes. Please note that make-up classes are not guaranteed. If you have any questions or concerns about our makeup token policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. We want to make sure that every family has a positive experience at Donoma and we're here to help in any way we can.
