Recommended for ages 14 months to 3 years

Our Preschool Program combines the unique skills that gymnastics offers with imaginative set-ups and safety all rolled in one!

45-minute class

For ages 3.2-5 years

Our Kindergarten Program offers the best of both worlds! Students will begin their class utilizing the preschool set-ups they know and love and end their class with a challenging event from our grade school/warriors program.

For ages 5-6.5 years

Donoma Club Class!

​

Welcome to the Cartwheel Club, the first in our series of skill-specific classes.

​

In this class, students will learn and practice all the parts that make up a Cartwheel, all while having fun, making new friends, and learning a fantastic Cartwheel!

1-hour class

Recommended for ages 5.5-9 years

Your child will learn all the basics of gymnastics; handstands, cartwheels, chin-ups, pullovers, to name a few! This program will also utilize an obstacle and strength-based approach that uses the fundamentals of gymnastics to teach kids how to run safely, jump, swing, twist, flip and climb!

Warriors: 6-9 years

 Our Grade School Program

focuses on the fundamentals of gymnastics using unique drills to enhance and perfect skills while helping to develop a healthy & active lifestyle! 

Students will focus their learning on the four Olympic Events, eventually turning their skills into routines.

1-hour class,   Ages 7+

Our Girls Advanced Class is a place for students who have surpassed the beginner skills of handstands, cartwheels, pullovers, casting, and more. 

​

In this class, students will focus on higher-level skills with attention to body shape, technique, form, dedication, effort, and ability. Students in this program have the opportunity to move to the Competitive Team Program.
