Parent’s Night Out is happening Saturday, February 7th from 4:00–8:00 PM! Enjoy a night off while your children have an evening of movement, games, and fun in a safe and familiar Donoma environment.

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling
Ages 8 & up | Thursdays | 6:15–7:15 PM
Our Tumbling Program is designed for students ages 8 and up who are ready to strengthen their technique and learn more advanced tumbling skills. This one-hour class focuses on power, body control, and safe progressions.
Adult Gymnastics Class Overview
Kick off with a full-body foam rolling routine to ease into the session, followed by ankle exercises, a hard ball roll out, and stretching. Once warmed up, we move into floor work with arm circles, leg extensions, rolls, handstand drills, and cartwheels. Afterward, students can choose their own adventure.
