Xcel Team Program
This is an wellness-driven program where our main focus is the health and safety of all our athletes: mentally, physically, and emotionally.
We strive to provide a positive and supportive environment where all our athletes feel safe, respected, and heard.

Pre-Team (Teal Team)
a stepping stone from girls advanced class towards a competitive program
Students practice 1 day a week for two hours each practice. They focus on proper stretching, basic strength, and the four Olympic Events.
Fall 2025
Bronze Team
the first level in our competitive team program
Athletes practice 2 days a week for two hours each practice. They focus on bronze and silver level skills, intermediate strength, active flexibility, and routines for the competitive season.

Silver Team
the second level in our competitive team program
Athletes practice for 3 days a week for two hours each practice. They focus on silver and gold level skills, advanced strength and intro to weight training, active flexibility, and routines for the competitive season.

Gold, Platinum, & Diamond Team
the top three levels in our competitive team program
Athletes practice 4 days a week for 2.5 hours each practice. They focus on high level skills (xcel gold-level 9/10), weight training, active flexibility, and routines for the competitive season.
